Is This a Wealth Preservation Strategy?
If you have wealth, this is a great way to protect and slowly grow wealth. I think of it as like preserving your purchasing power not necessarily because Nick's obviously making money here. So we got a question. What is year one and year two look like? A lot of these were invested in 2015, 16, 18, 19. And they've had time to grow. It's just much wiser to wait for say 12 to 18 months from here. But you should expect like a 5, five and a half percent on the first year.
