Food goes down to two and ends up being the source of nutrition for the bacteria inside you. There's a guy who's at the University of California, San Diego here in the United States. He's doing something called the American Gut Project. And basically he's compiling this information from people across the country on what do they eat? Are they exercising? What are their lifestyle like?"
