The Negative Consequences of Repression on the Animal Rights Movement
I think ACT UP is a great example of the stuff they did for the AIDS movement, I think it was incredible. And then there's like the, because on the downside, there's a particular more violent side of things that you see in animal rights movements. So these are kind of people who are more likely to do political violence and get attention. But also your movement tends to get smaller and less diverse in a way.
