Renal De-Innervation Works Over Years Not Months by Maintaining Blinding

Newer generation devices seem to have a sham resistant effect over the short term. This observation strongly suggests a hawthard effect during blinding meaning that during the trial when they did not know which therapy they had and it could have been renal de-innervation they had better adherence to lifestyle and medications. But hypertensive treatment is for years not months. The argument that resistant hypertensive patients must be crossed over to renalDeinervation is a very species one because it assumes renal Deinervation works but we don't know that yet.
