Sleeping tablets and alcohol are not the same as normal sleep. When you've had alcohol, you might fall asleep quicker, but you don't tend to reach the same depth of sleep. I think that most of us are designable where you either a night out or a lot or kind of neither. And therefore, you can be in either one suits you, but you can change it a little bit. But for me, I'm just not a morning person. My kids wake up at six o'clock with no alarms. They always have done.
