The Importance of Positive Mental Attitude in Public Speaking

I was noticing we were getting a lot of new employees and many of them were having difficulty, whether it was in front of a city council going in an interview. So I started a program and the baseline was always public speaking. The one thing I have seen over the years is I've never had anyone not get better. They've all improved. Now, some people improve a lot. Some people improve at a slow rate, but everybody improves.
