Why Does Allah Allow Evil?

Good things happening to bad people, even though they're disbelievers. Allah lets them live, and even in a happy way. Why? Because it doesn't matter. As a matter of fact, if you're an evil person, and allah gives you happiness in this life, be very scared. Oh, because that means the lost ponatal saving the punishment till the day of judgment,. which you're better off getting punished in this life than the day of judgement.
