When it comes down to deal deal structure deal negotiation typically you're looking at a decent level of debt and some of them are most of them are asset-like businesses. If the business is you know slightly bigger i find that there's still a bit of a shortfall on what's needed so then you have to go and get out some longer term debt. I don't know if you've ever ever taken that route i'd be interested.
