Communication - The Biggest Challenge for Engineers
Communicating the value of those things to upper management has always been something that's just challenging to me. So i would say everything. Being a staff plus engineer upward, communication has been my biggest challenge. I'm very good at communicating with all f the other icees and oh look, here's this cool thing you can us in order to solve your problem. But as we get up, as i'm learning is that that's kind of part of the responsibility as well. It's not just delivering the quality product, it's also marketing it,. That's work in progress for me, trying to figure out exactly how to do that best.
