Corey McKnight is Facilities and Parking Division Manager for the City of Winchester, Virginia. The city has four parking structures, four parking garages within a stone's throw of each other,. And then we have over 600 parking meters in our downtown area. So as a dual roll, a dual threat, I guess, I've always been in facilities maintenance. But about five years ago, the city approached me and said, hey, you have a well-oiled machine. We have something that needs to be fixed.
