India's Virtual Summit

This was India's first summit as a member of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization. It was initially supposed to be held in person, but back in MayIndia said it's going to be virtual. There are a couple of lines of thought on why India did not actually say why it decided to pursue a virtual summit.
