Putin's Not Contesting Election

I don't think Putin is bluffing when he says that he'll use nuclear weapons. He seems completely crazy and he has nothing to lose now. The whole assumption was that the war would be over in a week. It's been about six months now. Even his prep, his prep wasn't for us to three for month one. If you see even Russia's prep, now they are, you know, getting reinforcements from the back.
