The Tension of Race in the Admissions Process
All sorts of diversities are in tension with other types of diversities, which is why these admissions offices think they're making kind of a secret soup. All three democratically appointed justices certainly were not on the same page or how it has sort of tripled team, any of the advocates. I didn't see any justice pursue that strategy. And that was strange to me.
