There is fragility in our society based on the the absence of stress. In my world, it's c o two tolerance. A lot of people are mouth breathers and over breathers - that's the first line of resiliency. If you take anything away from the breathing, like, breathe through your nose all day,. But tn you're like fighting, fighting, i don't care how you breathe. I don't want you to be stressed out by your breathing im but, like, that'll solve a lot of your problems.
