The Importance of Macroeconomics
I think as time evolved, I started to understand that small caps can be extremely risky the more you size up. So there's almost a curve where the more you grow, the more size you take, the more you're likely to get into a flat tail type of event. And for those you need to kind of understand the macroeconomics of it all. When is liquidity injected into the system when is it withdrawn? The tensions and everything that reduces the risk people are willing to buy an asset out. It could be even a type of event like China and the US right now.
