The Red Army is becoming ever more self-sufficient, but it's still nothing like a self-sufficient as it needs to be able to pull off this victory on its own. And that's why lend lease is just so absolutely vital to the whole thing. The flow of information from the partisan organisations and from staff current NKVD is pretty enormous.
