How Did You Find the Transition Between Technical and Leadership?

In the early days, we were able to hire newish closure developers as well. We looked at that as more training them in the language, not necessarily them having existing skills. You can find yourself spending a majority of your time not committing code, but being valuable as a leader. It's actually really hard to make things clear, you know? And so you find yourself making pitch decks or writing documentation and maybe writing down some process for 50 people instead of committing code yourself.
