How to Build a Profit Structure in a Second Level Case?
Mike Ford: I wouldn't recommend in a second level or second round case that you include part of the profit structure in there. It'd be better to have other pieces there. The me is a more of a concern in the first place because it collectively exhaustive in 30 minutes, right? So the me makes more sense. And then I also just felt like at the end, you know, I pushed you on what you thought would be the most important things. That's where I really felt like you needed just to give yourself a little more breathing room.
