The Story of Gary Adams' Kidnapping

Gary Adams and the four men who lived with him changed their pleas to guilty for the charge of kidnapping. The only one who didn't change his plea was former Toronto Metro Police officer Richard Yoart, who would go on trial a few months later in February of 1970. Gary Adams had the idea for the kidnapping about two months before it happened,. First person he brought on was John Rogan, then Peter Burns, Michael Whiteside and Ralph Cameron. A week later, Michael invited the police officer over to the penthouse, and that's where he met Gary Adams.
