Newtonian physics allows us to say that the car has got this particular velocity, 60 kilometers per hour. And we are just so very used to speaking in that way, that we think, how could it possibly be otherwise? But in quantum physics, it can be otherwise. Not only can it be otherwise, it simply is otherwise. The observables cannot be known with arbitrarily high accuracy,. We can't both know exactly what the position is and exactly what the velocity is.
