How to Structure a Co-Gp Deal

In the angel investment world, usually you get two options. One of them is a convertible note, which comes in multiple flavors. And then there is a price round. We obviously prefer the price round because convertible note basically says, let's delay the discussion of what the actual value of the company is until later. Even when you put caps and when you basically put discounts to the conversions and future rounds, we believe that usually you miss a lot of the early value when you go into convertible note.
