The problem is not desire, it's that your desires are too small, too narrow. We need to become mindful of when we're in wanting mind and mindful of the suffering of being in wanting mind. Our thoughts are narrow, fixated, and usually circling around and around. It's like whatever we're doing, we're just looking for a certain thing that we're wanting. And then our behavior is impulsive, driven, speedy.
