Is Your Job Fulfilling or Not?

How people say what they do for work is an indication of whether their job is fulfilling or not. Companies need to filter out interest in everything other than the work. I just want more and more people to be on airplanes going like, boy, here's what i do, my role, and it's super fulfilling.
