The Importance of Dialing Up

I grew up in rural Queensland with two parents who grew up on farms. I didn't have an internet connection to 2005. We got my first connection with DSL. My parents didn't know what the internet was, they didn't want the internet. And now, you can get a fiber connection in your house and have symmetrical gigabit if you live in a place like South Korea. It's insane.
