The Risks of House Hacking

You may be able to have a significant income but certainly you can reduce your costs of housing that's beneficial. You now own a bigger more valuable property that's appreciating fast and it's probably leveraged to boot so you're probably making significant amount of money on the appreciation. Both these clauses that I feel like disadvantages wise is actually not really that bad.
