The Tasmanian Tiger

Some europeans showed up, they heard those other names, maybe being spoken by by the aboriginal people. And just thought, ah, we're not going to go with that. It doesn't really roll off the tongue the way we want it to. We're going to call this thing here the tasmanian tiger. Yes. Cause you saw those stripes right on the spine, going down the back, those kind of black stripes that go across, i looks like a tiger to me. Hence we now dub the the tas manian tiger, or sometimes the tasManian wolf as well. Again, it does look kind of like a dog to me, more so
