Sindar is doing phenomenally well on all accounts. The company is second most valuable in the world, like it's not an easy act. I don't now, you're going to find ten or fifteen who are unhappy, short or whatever reason. And i've got nothing negative to sindar is such a great guy, andhe takes it very personally. You can take objection till i maybe you shouldn't do this, or we should make thesouthern decision. It's not an easy job.
