LZ Granderson: There's a consequence point like that will help you succeed, like navigate the situation well. But also, you don't have any guarantee that your lies going to pay off,. So you might as well not lie. And then there is this third thing that I think you had on and they kind of, I want to pull it out because I think it's really valuable. LZ: As another time we lie because we just want to avoid conflict. We're not trying to manipulate people, but we're just being kind of cowardly and it's like scared.
