From Christian point of view, you have to accept that if evil is not confronted by good, evil will triumph. And in terms of leadership styles, Christ's leadership style is a very simple one. He just said, follow me. I prefer not to shout about it too much, but as it defines who I am, I will therefore do what I do in the way that I believe is right. If people then want to follow me and think I'm doing the right thing, well, then that's my belief
