Taking Care of Young Women in the Surfing Industry
i could speak for a lot of people in the serf industry who have confided this to me, not so much about these young women. They don't feel that collectively, the surfing industrial complex is mature enough to take care of young people like in superstratum. And i do think the w probably should have a role to play in it in terms of taking care of young talent if you're going to be having a platform where they come on there.
