Do You Think the Russians Are a Threat to the Peace?
The Russian position on the shelling of civilian areas is that there were military objectives hidden or within the civilian population, and therefore russia was entitled to bombard that area. The security council members and the international court of justiced the states around the world are obviously not convinced by that argument. But i think it's alsoe by way of legitimising and justifying and gathering support for this. And the sort of geneside argument er is obviously the most convincing one to play out at the national level.
