Three women on the podcast episode talked about how they stood up for their co-worker and how this podcast guests husband was so awful towards the person that they work with. It was weird to me that the employee or the team member wasn't on the podcast like instead it was kind of just like the senior team members in the room talking about how great they were as bosses essentially to me. I totally understand canceling the interview all of that stuff but then creating content off the back of it when we don't know what the relationship dynamic is here.
