Pulling Users Into Collaborative Working Environments

I think working with them to figure out solutions rather than just giving them the answer is where the solution lies. We're pulling them in and we're becoming more collaborative. And we're also sharing with them if we have prior knowledge, we're sitting down with them and reviewing that research together or sending them the research to review on their own. So it's just pulling them into collaborative working environments instead of either turning them away or telling them they need to go do research.
