Xiao Zhan Hang's Dough-Figure Making

Xiao Zhan Hang's grandfather taught him how to make figurines with wheat flour. His family only ate pancakes and steamed buns made of wheat flour on very special occasions, such as the Chinese New Year or other important festivals. Despite a lack of dough to practice with, Xiao still quickly mastered the skills of dough-figuring making thanks to the continual guidance and support from his grandfather.
