How to Isolate Yeast
0.9% saline which is basically a salt solution with a pretty low percentage is important to get your samples back to your lab. The saline content provides like a an isotonic environment for whatever bacteria you know your target yeast to survive the the trip back from the field to the lab. I kind of remember what else is to mention kind of some pre poured agar plates just to set out for exposure it's kind of an open net to catch things and even some beer kind of Beer just poured an addition and left to to sit. Yeah so those those early plates are definitely going to be complete jungles of microbes right.
