The House of Commons

The House of Lords should be a proper checking balance for the house of commons. It's very important that they're not all ex politicians. Gordon Brown's suggestion is still... I'm sure in his own mind it's not vague, but what has so far been reported simply involves a new house of nations and regions with appropriate waiting given to different parts of UK.
