What's the Distraction of Selling a Business?
When looking at the organizational structure, it sounds like you have a qartim that sort of owns the management ofther divestiture. So there might be a lot of work that has to be done before we even announce it me that we want to sell it. And so that can really take time away from the business maintain, or managing the business. That's the trouble, because if they get distracted, business performin can tinker. But i've been very fortunateis that my business teams that i've worked with have all been very co operative.
