The idea of being able to identify and predict criminal behavior is going to run you up against a whole lot of issues. It poses problems for the average person who is going to be assumed to commit a crime. We know that these technologies tend to not be as accurate when it comes to African Americans and Asian Americans. And I have not seen anyone yet solve that problem.
