The Trump Indictment and the Stormy Daniels
An amazing listener who is in fact a attorney and prosecutor in a different state basically picked apart our critique of the potential Trump indictment. If there's more to the indictment we'll have to wait to evaluate it but what I would summarize his critique as this was to say in essence this wait to turn a misdemeanor falsification of business records crime into a felony.
