Is Section Eight Housing a Fulfilling Property?

When i was growing up in the lowincome housing, it just taught me very much to be humble, but also to strive for a better life. And one thing that i do differently with my tenants on section eight is i let them knowh i understan where you're coming from. This is my property. If anything happens to it, or, you know, it directly affects my family. So if you vet your tenants correctly, then everything should fall in place. Of course, it's not a hundred proof, but at the same time, give them a chance like everyone else, and vet them. But also, uno, sticks to your sandards.
