How to Solve the Drug Problem
This isn't a question of ending drugs or illicit economies this is about addressing the most acute problems. You're not going to end this by simply plucking out different parts of the distribution chain and they're just very easily replaced so you need to kind of think outside of the box a little bit. Even taking the war concept to its absolute extreme would be nothing but a huge waste of money if we try to move where the drugs are coming in and start inspecting every container as it comes to the cargo ports that is only likely to cause even more problems.
