The Importance of Having a Great Marketing Team
A lot of companies forget, technically as a company you have two customers. And if your marketing is not involved in or is part of the process of the job description, all that stuff, then there's a disconnect of what the brand values are supposed to be. So I agree with you either whether we have marketing people sitting in HR and supporting the recruitment and talent acquisition function, or we hire marketers to be part of that function.
