Relationship OCD is really about the relationship like that's actually the focus not that not intimacy like that's just one way he relate there's so many different. I think we all need to think more broadly um and not be so constricted in our understanding or like our net like we have to have a bigger net, says Jenna Overbaugh. If you can actually see that those patterns exist in probably other ways in your life too it's easier to kind of unhook and disengage from the content that's over here that's really really distressing absolutely beautifully said Jenna O'Brien.
