What Is Strength?

CrossFit has made what we do with starting strength possible. The fact that, um, millions probably of people have touched a barbell again is all due to CrossFit. I think there's a parallel there in the combatives in the self-defense world. Without Crot my God, guys like me would still be kind of in relative obscurity just kind of doing this in the, in their little corners with some people here and there.
