What's the Normal Dosage?

After the loss resistance to any epidural space, we do a 27 gauge needle through the epidural needle, puncture the dura. We give two milligrams of half percent bupivocane, so that's 0.4 mls and 15 mics of fentanyl. That's our standard just ego dose, that our pharmacy is nice enough to dispense in aliquats. And then for now, our regimen is six mls every hour with a PCA function as well. But we're still working on adjusting what's the optimal program intermittent bolus dose in.
