Isn't It Time to Trade Turkey's Leera?

CNN's John Sutter says the next president will have a lot of work to do. He points out that President Obama has already made some big moves on foreign policy. The U.S. dollar is at an all-time low, and many emerging markets are in debt against their currencies. That makes it easier for countries like Turkey to take advantage of cheap dollars by devaluing their own currency as they try to raise money from abroad.
