The Importance of Sharing Your Story
I think you show a lot of vulnerability in doing that. And I know from in the book you draw on your professional life, but you also share a very personal story. But more importantly, by doing that, you really demonstrate and role model what it is like to lead with the truth. For me, sharing my story was, there's a bit of a selfish reason around it. It changed my whole perspective around my own experience.
