Is There a Way to Know When an Inter-Aceptive Sensation Is Anxious?

With anxiety and with panic attacks in particular, it can be the case that paying too much attention to those inter-aceptive signals can send us into a kind of upward spiral of anxiety. I still don't think in that case going on the research that ignoring or suppressing or pushing aside those feelings is the right approach though. That kind of curious, maybe slightly detached or observing kind of mode can be more helpful along with what is known as inter-ACEptive exposure therapy which is basically exposing yourself to what you're afraid of in small doses.
