In early days of world history, Spaggler essentially produces a model of four stages of human development. He simply has them as ABC and D. Stage C is the one that gets arguably the most attention where he speaks about pre colleges from which essentially the high colleges later emerge. So this is a massive project covering essentially human history for tens of thousands of years. And it seems that his argument is one of the things that makes that happen is technology and use of technology.
