How to Make Your Memory Stronger

You have what's called storage strength and retrieval strength. Storage strength is this background strength of the memory which can only ever go up. The retrieval strength is basically a measure of how easily you will recall this or how hard it is to recall this. A high retrieval strength for something means you remember it or you're very likely to be able to remember it whereas a low retrieval strength means it's going to be difficult to remember.
